Shipping Policy
We utilize USPS to ship our signs depending on you location. Please allow 7-10 days for your sign to be processed. Once shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code. Currently, we only ship within the continental U.S.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on custom signs. All sales are final.
Prior to your sign being carved, a computer-generated image of your sign will be sent to you for approval. Written approval is required in order for us to proceed with processing your order. Once approved, changes will not be permitted.
We are not responsible for signs damaged by carrier. All signs are inspected for quality prior to being packaged and shipped. Should your sign not arrive or arrive damaged, please file a claim with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and notify us of this claim as well.
